Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or engaging the services of JV Transport Service Pvt. Ltd. ("JVT", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or placing a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and JV Transport Service Pvt. Ltd. Your use of our website or services signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Description of Services

JVT provides premium chauffeured mobility services across Delhi-NCR and PAN-India, including:

  • Local chauffeur rentals: Hourly and half-day/full-day driven car hire within Delhi-NCR and other cities.
  • Airport transfers: Scheduled pickup and drop services to and from domestic and international airports.
  • Outstation travel: Point-to-point transfers and multi-day itineraries beyond Delhi-NCR, covering destinations across India.
  • Corporate mobility: Managed ground transportation programmes for businesses, including employee transport, executive travel, and event transfers.

3. Bookings & Quotes

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by JVT's reservations desk. Quotes provided via the website, phone, or WhatsApp are indicative and subject to final confirmation. The following billing principles apply:

  • Outstation billing minimum: Outstation journeys beyond Delhi-NCR are billed at a minimum of 250 km or 24 hours (one day), whichever is applicable, for each day of the journey.
  • Tolls, parking & state taxes: Toll charges, parking fees, inter-state entry taxes, and other statutory levies are billed at actuals and are not included in the quoted fare unless explicitly stated.
  • Fare revisions: If the scope or route of a journey changes after confirmation, JVT reserves the right to revise the fare accordingly, in consultation with the Customer.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and passenger count.
  • Be present at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time. JVT is not responsible for delays arising from inaccurate instructions or late arrival of the Customer.
  • Ensure that the number of passengers and luggage does not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle.

5. Conduct

Customers and passengers are expected to treat JVT chauffeurs with respect and courtesy. JVT reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour by any passenger. Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the Customer responsible for the booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JVT shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
  • Delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, mechanical breakdowns, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Loss of or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles. Customers are advised to check the vehicle upon exit and report any loss immediately.

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the fare paid for that specific booking.

8. Force Majeure

JVT shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of JV Transport Service Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
